Varaha-dvadasi is the appearance day of Krishna’s boar incarnation, Sri Varahadeva. The Lord assumed the divine form of Varaha to rescue Mother Earth, who was being kept under the Garbha ocean by the demon Hiranyaksha, Hiranyakashipu’s brother.

About The Event
Varaha-dvadasi is the appearance day of Krishna’s boar incarnation, Sri Varahadeva. The Lord assumed the divine form of Varaha to rescue Mother Earth, who was being kept under the Garbha ocean by the demon Hiranyaksha, Hiranyakashipu’s brother. The Lord once again annihilated this demon and assured protection to His devotees.
